What should i do about my apartment my roommate took off and left me with it?

I have a apartment that is $900.00 a month and i can't affored it and my landlord is not going to let me out of my lease.

you gotta find another roommate fast.   try craigs list or the newspaper.  Or maybe ask your friends if they know of anybody that is looking for a place to stay.

How much is left on your lease.  It may not be finacially fiscal for the landlord to take you to court for the remainder of the lease.  If only a couple of months, move your stuff out and stop paying.

Was the other person on the lease too? Also explain in WRITING to your landlord the situation, and you simply can't afford it alone but will try to find another tenant to share.  Otherwise break the lease and run!   You can't pay with monies you don't have.  Good luck.
