What should i do about my bully problem?

so i had a best friend who was really popular. thru 6th to 10th grade everybody knew us as inseperable. but my freind recently offered me marijuanna and said everyone was doing it. when i refused he never talked to me again. now he has the whole school against me and it is really damaging my social life. What should i do?

Well, first first of all, kudos to you! Good job on not excepting the marijuana. And, "everyone" is not doing it, we aren't for sure! Yeah, and that stuff is illegal! Even if it ruins your relationship, it was DEFINENTALLY the right thing to do. And, see if you can find a friend who, like you, is smart and will stick with you and not make bad choices.

Way to go.  Good for you not following the rest of the herd. Stand your ground and continue to say no.  Not everybody in school does marijuana or other drugs.  If he can't deal with you saying no, that really is his problem.  He evidently feels threatened somehow by your refusal to follow the rest of the pack. But you are the better person for it.   If he is bullying you by threatening harm to you, report him to a school counselor, principle or police.

Look for a different group of people to hang around with.  Join in some extracurricular activities or clubs at school.  That will help you meet some new people.

I'm glad you refused the MJ. Surely, your school is large enought to

find some friends who are not under this guy's influence. Try to ignore him and make new friends by joining after school activities or groups.

Don't be pressured into something you don't want. Be strong.

I don't think that makes him a bully but it seems you are growing apart so i'd suggest to find new friends or follow your old ones down paths you don't want to go. Life is filled with choices that only you can make.

Join the school chess club and make even cooler new friends there. You'll soon forget your old best friend even existed, and you'll be having a whale of a time.

trust me don't do marijuana. If the other kids are doing drugs then they can go mess up their own lives. Focus on schoolwork and getting into a good college. I'm sure not all the kids do drugs in your school so just find the ones that don't and try and chill with them instead. Stay above the influence!
