  1. Your doing the right thing by talking about your thoughts and feelings! I went through the same thing as you are experiencing. A lot had to do with being in High School, and my Home life.

I too have serious anger issues. I just get so angry so easily! After having lost friends and a relationship over it I decided on my own to try medication. I wont lie to you, it took me 3 yrs, different medications, and different doctors. I have been on cymbalta for 4 yrs now and it curbs my anger, anxiety, and it helped with my depression. I still get in my moods but the important thing is that I am still myself. It hasn't really altered my personality as some hardcore drugs might!

Try writing your thoughts out at the end of the day. If you hate writing get a livejournal.com account (Dont tell anyone) and use it as your venting process. It helped me.

If you have any other questions feel free to ask me. Just remember that you are NEVER alone in the world!

Keep hope, it WILL get better.

  2. I found a great article about natural remedies for depression like Relaxation and meditation, Foods that help and Other remedies for sadness . Visit the link for the article

  3. yes you do want to get rid of it and you can go back and see the doctors again and keep trying its the right one you are looking for and it maybe that you may have to take it for the rest of your life but that is ok to help you is worth it and those feelins you have will go away also of dying.
