What should i do about my diet?

Everyday i go to bed at 4:30 am and i wake up at 3:00 pm and i eat a bowl of honey bunches of oats cereal and it's now 7:36 and I took a diet pill about 20 minutes ago and I'm not hungry..its really not healthy but that's what i do everyday and I'm 15 5'6 131 pounds and i just want to lose weight..so what should I do?

  1. dont go on a diet.eat 6x of small meals each day so that ur metabolism wont go down.exercise everyday or do 30 min cardio morning and afternoon


  2. You can start by regulating your sleep pattern better.  A diet pill will not help if you can not balance a healthy diet with exercise, Actually 131 is not bad for your height, you might just need a couple of long walks per week to get you toned.

Well first off you gotta start by going to bed at a reasonable time. your sleeping habits are definitely not healthy. start there. then you'll be able to get up have a healthy breakfast (toast w/ egg whites and a glass of orange juice), and continue with your day eating healthier and getting exercise during the day.
