What should i do about my friends boy friend? i think he's on drugs?

Yesterday my friends claire sarah and I have a theory that this guy in our school is on drugs. What I'm really worried about is that He is dating my best friend and i don't want him to influence her into doing drugs. His sister and brother are on drugs as everyone knows so he has the access to drugs. How do I fond out if he is really on drugs to save my friends??please hepl me!!!!
