  1. They might have cat flu. My cat never gets injections either but he still had some when he was a kitten cos they are more susceptible to diseases and stuff when they are little. If they do have cat flu then your cat could get it and then with no treatment, they could all die.

Even if you just rang up a vet and told them what was happening then they could go through all you options with you.

Do what you think is best for your cat and her kittens.

  2. YOU HAVE 2 OPTIONS!

    1. Pay for it and don't risk it.

    2. Don't care and risk them dyeing.

Think and look deep in your heart.

  3. Maybe you can go to a local vet. and set up payment arrangements. I hope the kitties will be ok.

  4. i have a cat and its about 10 years old..ive had it since it was a few weeks old.

i personally wouldn't worry about it, my cat sometimes has sneezing fits for a while, but they just get over it

if it makes you feel any better, i don't take my cat to the vet, hes fine

  5. It is not unusual for a kitten to have sinus problems. Never give them human medication......it will kill them. I presume that the kittens are weaning and that you are avoiding feeding them cow's milk.

    try going to:

    http://www.cathealth.com

and see what it says there about home remedies that are cheap and easy to prepare.

  6. ..

do u not have someone u could borrow from?

    or a job?

idk how old u r.. but u should really have money set aside for them if they mean the world to u. no offense.

  7. You cannot give away sick kittens.  How would you like to be given a pet that will cost you money to put right or will die within days or weeks?  The people you are planning to give the kittens to are not going to take them if they are sick.  They won't want to bring infectious animals into their homes.

Talk to your vet about paying by an instalment plan or look for a low-cost neutering clinic (contact your local SPCA as ask if they run any clinics or can tell you of any clinics).  Only a vet can diagnose whether the kittens have a simple upper respiratory infection or whether they have something more serious such as cat flu (calicivirus).  Cat flu can be fatal for kittens so you really do need to get them to a vet.  The mother's antibodies will only have protected them for their first few weeks.

If you really can't afford vet treatment for kittens get the female spayed.  Believe me, spaying a cat is way cheaper than raising kittens.  If you can't afford shots it is even more important she is spayed - when a female mates she comes into contact with all sorts of infectious diseases from the male if he isn't fully vaccinated.

  8. I relly sholdent be telling you this but as a in school vet, heres what i would do and this is probaly what a vet would do

1.check his nose for a clog or any nasty things

    2. make sure he gets warm at night

3 make sure his mom is feeding him

what your explaining sounds like the mother is not takeing care of them, and it seems that if he dousent go to the vet to get the medication he needs. HES MOM MUST TAKE CARE OF THE CATS, unfortintly if you dont take him to the vet he is garenteed to die

  9. sneezing is a sign of a upper respiratory infection URI and they need to seen by a vet NOW!!!!! if you can't afford a vet take them to the humane society they will treat them and find homes for them. If you don't want to take them to the pound then I suggest you either cough up the money or borrow it from someone and get those little guys check out by a vet ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The longer you wait the more you jeopardize they're health even to the point of death!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and I'm sure thats not what you want so I hope you make the right decision...
