  1. Do you have witnesses? Aren't you over reacting, trying to have someone fired for just saying something? What if someone slapped your face? Would you have them put to death or exiled to the moon?

Get your self a solicitor, they will love to take your money so try to get one who will work for no win/no fee

  2. For one instance, you're over-reacting.

People are entitled to their opinions, even if you don't agree with them.

  3. don't lose your job before talking to an attorney privately. You may be surprised to find that they have done nothing illegal even if your source indicates so. I have heard of this happening many many times. Don't react, just call a local labor attorney or the labor board in your state. you can find the phone numbers online. Then just be patient and don't exaggerate to the attorney.

  4. I would let it go for now just to see if your boss will take care of it and if she doesn't go and it happens again go higher than her. Have incident reports to everyone higher than her even the President if you can.

Start looking for a new job just in case.

  5. First off, I would complain to my supervisor and ask if I could confront her with him/her there and ask for an apology.  If this happened again I would do the same thing again, but this time I would ask why this person is still talking about me.  If it happened again then I would follow the chain of command until it is exhausted then I would call the labor board and file an official complaint against the person and the company and charge them with; creating a hostile working environment as well as unfair labor practice.

It is all ways a good idea to settle or try to settle any kind of problems as soon as possible while going throw the proper chain of command this way when it doesn't work you have proof and in writing that you tried and that the other person refused to stop and the company was unable to settle or did not do enough the end the harassment and or abuse.

I hope that helps, please don't be like some of the others that had problems at work that weren't able to get it stop, they took it upon them selves to stop it permanently, if you know what I mean.  We don't need someone else shooting their co-workers because he couldn't think straight.

Good luck and take it easy....Keep the Peace....cya....
