What should i do about my rash?

I don't know what it is. I think its either a heat rash or poison oak. It's on my lower back and my side and on my lower stomach.

What can I do to get rid of a heat rash?

And If its poison oak what should i do to get rid of it?

i suggest gold bond  medicated powder and dollar general has a knock off brand for a dollar but it works just as well for me

also try noxema but use the gold bond powder first its great for poison ivy and oak if its oozing its poison oak or ivy or sumac the gold bond works for those heat rash use the noxema you should be able to tell if its opened or closed skin open skin use the gold bond
