I'm so sick and tired of my managers because they treat me horrible and never take the time to listen to my reasons. example, they told me to leave work because I shouldn't be there any longer after my work hours. But my other manger got someone to help me with work who didn't speak a clear sentence of english(most of the work is made through communicating with others), and it was super busy as well. She laughed because I had to train him and he didn't understand much i said. The other night manager didn;t know my situation and got mad at me! I want to leave but I don't know what to put as reasoning for leaving..they treat me horrible and I don't want my knew job calling the manager for reference because I know she will say mean stuff about me (since I know her personally and don't get along with her) help please!!

  1. You should try first to talk to the manager.. or to the highest boss.. and explain the situation... they have to listen to you with everything that is work related and don't be hard on the person who didn't speak English well.. of  course that was hard for you to tell him or her what to do..  but she or he didn't make fun of you.. only laughed because that person didn't understand you... you need to address such issues to the boss and he needs to listen.. that is his or her obligation that for every work related problem you can come to the boss.... so try once more.. and if this job is not good and you have only been there for a short time.. then you won't need to mention them but never ever write something negative in a letter of resignation.. you just write a standard resignation letter and just say you found a different kind of job...  and if you ask them if you can name them as reference.. and they say that you can do that.. they are not allowed to say anything negative about you .. but if you name them as a reference and don't ask their permission and the future boss calls them then they could say stuff about you that is not true.. so ask them first if they can be named as a reference..then they are not allowed to say negative things.. they can only say to you that you may not name them as a reference.. but they can't say bad things only if you tell your future employer they can phone them and don't tell your present boss you gave this place as a reference.. and ask whose name you can give as a referennce because you need the name of the person whom you can give as a reference and the name of the company and the phone number under which that person can be contacted....and don't quit until you find a new job.. x*x
