ok for all you cross country runners still in high school. or just runners in general. so i run like every other day. and i was going to do xc at the beginning of the summer... so i did for like 2 weeks but then i stopped cuz i hurt my ankell. and now summer is over! and i have not run in forever! if i start running again. thats good. but is it too late to start up with my xc team when state is in october! i dont know what to do! i want to really bad. but i know i am going to be a really bad runner. should i just wait till track in feb?
