How about write a story? To come up with ideas, brainstorm. Throw out a bunch of words and phrases without discarding any. Now, take some of these words and phrases and put them together to get a few plot ideas.

You could draw or sketch. You don't have to be perfect, just draw. Draw what you see as you go outside. You can also draw things relating to your interests, such as bird watching or swimming
