they way your photos are put are too close together, not good for choosing which one, maybe you could do something where you have them smaller and when you highlight over them they pop up to be bigger, your text is kinda lame too.  good start, look at other 'professional' websites too to get ideas

the green font on ur website is way too big...make the font a little smaller
