right, i have digestive problems thru too many antibiotics. everything went wonky and i started "reacting" to food even acidophilus so how i used to deal with it went rather wrong. my tum inflates over everything and it feels like a balloon about to burst. the only time it didnt do that is when i ate only fruit with natural enzymes in it for 4 months. but that makes yeast overgrowth worse so tried to eat stuff like meat and veg instead, but my body doesnt like that too much. tho im not sure i have the will power to eat only fruit again. i could take enzymes itself but they usually contain gluten and dairy which i know i react to. tho maybe the fact that the enzymes may themselves help break them down so it MAY not be a problem.
anyway, dont say go to my doc because they are all useless except a private one i cant afford to see anymore. and basically he told me what i already know, take antifungals, acidophilus and eat only meat and low sugar veg.
problem is i react to the antifungals and acidophilus too.
so, my question is: should i:
a) go back on enzyme containing food diet- essentially papayas, mangos, pineapple and for some reason i could handle melon too. but not things like apples etc.
b) eat other stuff but take the enzymes i have that contain gluten and dairy in them
c) eat other stuff but take the pancreatic enzymes i have that dont say anything about containing gluten and dairy in them, is pancreatic enzymes enough for digestion?
d) use cromoglicate that the private doc gave me to stop my body reacting to foods.
im sick of feeling sick. thanks
