What should i do for my 13th birthday party?

I am having a holiwood party... i have put together a little d.v.d of spoofs (Indiana Jane, The Incredible hulkette, legally strawberry blonde, and sleeping.... beauty?) to show at the very beginning of my party, after which, "i make my entrance" that is pretty much all i have planned, it is a sleepover, so any ideas of activities? (Keep in mind we are 13, not 8) Thank you!

I am cutting out letters to spell "Hollywood" using a whole sheet of printer paper for each letter, then taping them to my front window. Then I will place two flashlights angled at the letters for a cool Hollywood glow when geusts arrive as it begins to darken. I am going to neatly cut some movie ads out of magazines and make a wall of "Now Playing", by taping them to a section of the wall, neatly placing them underneath a printed out sign that says, "Now In Theaters". Next I will buy a yard or so of cheap red fabric to drape down the stairs to the living room. I will cut out silver stars of wrapping paper and place them on the walls next to the carpet, for a cool paparazzi effect. The menu will consist of bite sized hours de vours, like bagel bites, mini sandwitches with toothpicks, and ect. Later on we'll watch a movie in the living room with popcorn already set up. I will pour some sparkling apple cider and place them on the end table next to the couch in plastic champane glasses. As each geust make their way down the red carpet to the premeire, their picture will be taken in some craft boas and funky glasses; the silver stars on the wall will sparkle in the picture if flash is on. After the movie, I will hand out awards, which the day before the party I will buy wooden stars and spraypaint gold. I will then use a sharpie to write "Best Friend Award" or "Funniest Friend Award". It will be a sleepover so all the girls will have arrived in their "fanciest" pjs. For games, we will go out into the street and give each girl an alka seltzer and sprite. They must put the two in their mouths. The concouction will fizz and foam out (it is messy), the person whom holds the fizz in the longest, wins! And before the party, a name will be taped to the girls back of a movie charecter. Throughout the party, people must give the girl hints who she has on her back. ex: Say a girl named Becky had "Forrest" clues could be "run Becky, run!" That is just a few helpful Hollywood hints, have fun with them!

IDEA:For my 13th birthday, I'm having a hollywood/oscar party. I'm having 14 friends to come over and I'll have a red carpet go from the door to the end of the driveway. I'm going to have lights on the ground pointing upward like they do at a premiere. The guests are going to come inside(the front door opens up to the biggest room in the house, my den) ballons and streamers will be everywhere. SNACKS:we're going to have chocolate covered pretzals, strawberries dipped in chocolate(we have a choc. fondue pot)and we will have small bit size sandwhiches(ham and cheese,PBJ,and grilled cheese). For dinner we will have KFC. DRINKS:Fake wine..and Fake maragaritas,water and sweet tea. ACTIVITES: We'll have a lot of activites to keep everyone on their feet. Here are some (1)Pin the award in the hand.. you can blow up a picture of a star holding her hand out and then blow up a picture of an oscar award. 2)We're going to do collages and cut out picures of celebs from my magazines. 3)Blushing Hot Potato.. you pass around a jewerly box until the music stops whoever has the box opens it and pulls out a piece of paper. All the pieces of paper will embarrasing things to do/say on them, like who they like or to do tango with the person on their right.4)star guess who.. at the beginning of the party place a stars name on the back of each person throughout the party people will be giving you hints to who is on your back(remember no cheaofting!) and at the end of the party they find out you they were. 5)Movie charades.. just like charades  except you act out scences from the movie instead of the word. 6)Photoshoot..take pictures of each person indivally and then make some group shots. 7)At the end have an awards ceremony and give out awards for best dressed, best hair, biggest flirt,etc. 8)When everyone leaves it's nice to have 3-4 BEST friends stay to spend the night.9)When it's just you and your sleepover friends do more of what you did at the party and watch an award winning movie.

For my 13th Birthday party I had a hollywood theme. INVITATIONS:I started out by getting some pictures of my friends that were coming to my party on my computer, then, with some help from my mom, I put the head of the girl on the body of a famous star, or just a prom dress model.

we each assigned groups to make their own commercial to plan for 10 minutes, and then tape. Then, each group split up again, and made up skits, or dances  to a chosen song! Whoever won each "most creative", "funniest", "cutest" got an award I had made on the computer. After all the "gaming", we settled a bit down, and made our own comedy sitcom.We ate dinner, had cake, and gave each other makeovers before the world-premiere  "Hoscar" (Helen's Oscar) Party! All in our sparkling gowns, we rushed down to the television, and  watched our own movie, while voting "best actress", "funniest actress", "best makeup", Etc. I handed out the awards again, after the votes went through.

Maybe you could do awards for best dressed or something like that.  You could do a talent show and give prizes or awards for that 2.   I don't have a lot of ideas but maybe check online for others.

that is awesome! maybe you could make videos like that with some of your friends and put them on youtube. ummm... if youw anted to get into the music part, u could have  akareoke machine, or give people 30 minutes to write the best song they can, sing it in front of an "audience"(other friends), there also can be "judges", and who ever had the best song, wins a special prize or something like that.
