1.) Invite friends over to your house, hire some caterers, also some clowns and acrobats

2.) Invite friends and treat them to a fun park, like Disneyland, maybe? lol

3.) Go out somewhere with your family and ask for some money to buy the stuff you really really want.

4.) Or if you're the boring type, just sleep all day like it's not even your birthday.

six flags is really fun, but expensive ,you can try to see which of your friends has a seasonpass. or if you birthday is really close to right now, you could have a family party right now and in november when harry potter comes out you could invite your friends to go see the 12:00 am premiere.

If you're wanting to invite quite a few people (10+), broomball is a fun choice. If you have a local ice skating rink, they will probably have this as an option. It's like hockey, but you don't wear skates, just tennis shoes. The prices are different at every rink, but it's a lot of fun!
