u should act like if ur not doing him a party tommorrow...but then u invite him over and BOOM HAPPY BIRTHDAY! let it be a surpise to ur friend. hope this helps

throw a small surprize party with her closest friends :)  or if its at school just bring her a cupcake with one candle in it or something

okay, i no how panicy u can get wen uve left it late 2 organise summat! i did the same thing a few weeks ago! heres wat i did! gathered all the photos of her on our nites out and our girlie nites in and put them all on a dvd complete with backround music! she was inn tears watchin it and its great fun 2 watch it 2gether and remember all the good times ye ve had!
