  1. Go to your local skatepark and ask this stuff, just dont sound like a total n00b, or else your gonna get knocked out or laughed at.

  2. any thing out of the following list will be great for you and last you a long time.

    deck:baker,zero,almost

    trucks:independent,thunder

    wheels:bones,spitfire

    bearings;bones

    griptape:mob,jessup

for places for info how2skate.com and skateboard-city.com are great and if you need any help you can email me at richard.kennard@yahoo.com and i can probably help you cause ive been skating for a while

  3. well for a deck try different ones out

    its different per person

    tunder trucks

    spitfire wheels

    and reds berings

    also try

    skateboard-city.com

    for tips

  4. Well don't go into any fancy or expensive skateboards. Don't get a board from Target or Walmart either. Get a blank deck from a skateshop if you have a extra 50$. You should have the option for them to assemble the board for you. That includes putting griptape, wheels, bearings, trucks, and hardware. Go to your closest skateshop for tips on how to do the tricks. Or if you have friend that skateboards ask he/she to help you on learning how to skate. My advice learn how to do a ollie first. Good Luck!

  5. well ive been skateing for like 4 almost 5 years and if i was u id just go to youtube or somethin and search trick tips and stuff even today if theirs a trick i cant do i always try to learn how to do it and most of my tricks were learned by holding onto a rail
