  1. you need to , first decide what you want to spend the rest of your life doing, then find ways to perfect you skills. many places will accept a trainee -or an intern. This enables you to learn hands on and recieve an amount of pays that you and the company agree on. Additionally, they can direct you to local training facilities, or perhaps even college. You would be surprised at how many companies will pay your tuition. Your possibilities are endless at this point in your life.

  2. Keep looking!  You need to find something that is willing to train you on the job.  Can you type well?  Do you have exceptional computer skills?  10-key skills?  You need to highlight your skills in your resume and charm them in the interview.  Good things can happen - I flat out told them in my interview that I had no idea about the job I am now doing, but they were willing to give me a chance and luckily it worked out.  Even though you aren't a school person, it may be a good idea to enroll in some type of administrative program...Good luck!
