Question:

What should i do?? i need advice fast!!?

ok, so i was the fat kid like all of grade school. now i am MUCH thinner then i used to be! but i still have a little belly fat, and my thighs are a little bigger then i would like. i was trying to get a flat stomach before school started (and my batmitzvah which is the weekend after school starts). i'm already a vegetarian, and i did the raw vegan diet for two weeks with like 48 ounces of water a day. i did like really intense yoga and dance for a month. plus a bunch of other numerous sport.

what are some quick ways to get thinner before school starts?

i need advice fast!!!

  1. Sweetie, you're too young to be worrying about your weight. Eat healthy, dont skip meals & stay away from McDonalds & candy & soda. Get out & play - join a team, go for hikes. Ride your bike. Dieting & exercise are a lifelong activity. Just do what you already know is good for you & it'll pay off.


  2. Nothing that works very fast tends to be healthy, and you don't want the weight to return so do it right.

    Eat a healthy, well-balanced diet all the time and exercise at least 5 days a week (shoot for at least 1 hr a day). Cardio exercise is good for fat burning, and strength training exercise good for toning/firming muscle.

    Cut your calories a bit if you need to (do not go below 1200 a day) and up your exercise. Remember to shoot for a healthy weight, not underweight.
