What should i do i need ideas for a 80;s party for my 13 year old daughter?

Make sure to have everyone dress from the period - plenty of big shirts, hair scrunchies, leg warmers.  Find some high school pictures from the period and use them as decorations (your yearbook should be a great source!) as well as some period band posters. Really bright colors for the plates and napkins.  Lipsynch contests are a great activity.  Maybe some atari games...  Rubix cubes, bubbalicious bubble gum, and jelly bracelets would make great party favors.

Watch sixteen candles, pretty in pink, wierd science, or other teen movies of that decade for other great ideas.
