  1. no one can make a person pay when they are suppose to. The court can order it but the person will not be picked up and taken to make his payments by the state or a case worker. If he is failing to make his payments and is behind, take his but back to court.


  2. You can take him to court, and then they will take it directly out of his pay check. If he doesnt pay at that point, he can be put in jail.
