  1. I would seek legal advice NOW!

  2. If you already have an attorney you should obviously take his/her advise otherwise why are you paying them???? If you have PROOF of these crimes I would call the police. It seems like what you might be concerned about is looking vengeful that could be an issue unless you have proof or witnesses.

  3. If they are false and you can PROVE IT. I would sue for the money to pay for the lawyer.

  4. NO. You should be talking to your attorney about this.

  5. well honey, you first need to go talk to the cops and ask what you should do. then if that doesn't work, go out and find two different lawyers and ask them both what to do and compare the answers and do what you have to do...

i wish the best to you sweetie...

  6. contact a psychiatrist maybe if that would help.  It sounds like your former fiance has psychiatric issues.  I hope and pray it works out for the both of you

  7. If crimes are being committed against you, or your property, you need to report the crimes.  Document the crimes with the police.  If you can prove your ex is resposible that will help in your current case.

If the crimes you are referring to are the charges filed against you by your ex fiance you face a bit more difficulty.  You must prove she knowingly made false charges.  If you prove the charges false you may be able to sue her for libel, but you would have to hire a lawyer out of your funds.  It is unclear whether the D.A. would file charges against her for false statements.

You must not attempt to see her either at home or in public; don't go to her home, or workplace.  You should see her only with your lawyer present!
