  1. Well they need to be responsible for the kid... Honestly I dont see anything wrong with having a few when the little one is asleep, or I guess smoking away from the kid is alright as long as Hes asleep or theres someone there who is responsible for him.  But if theyre being negligent Id talk to em about it, just be ready to p**s them off.  I confronted a person close to me for having and using drugs around the kid and we ended up taking the kid because after that there was  an incident where the kid was in danger when the parents left him alone in a dangerous environment.  So yeah its gonna be awkward but you gotta do it for the kid.

  2. Notify Child Protective Services anonymously

  3. ooh i wouldve said make them sandwiches they must be hungry after the pot but yeah iunno try to get the lil kid out of there

  4. Are you talking about child abuse or neglect? Is the smell coming from the house where/when the child is present or from, say, the back yard at night? If you think the child is exposed to marijuana smoke, I would notify the police. But if not- late at night, kids asleep, out in the backyard, I would ignore it.

  5. where do you smell this? in your house? at your neighbors? need a little more info please!!!

  6. let an adult or someone responsible know.

  7. let the kids have their fun drama fucktard

  8. Well, use your judgement but drinking alcohol is not a crime (unless you live in Afghanistan or something), smoking pot may be a crime but if done in moderation, after the kid has gone to bed, it is hardly child abuse.

If they were crack addicts or full-scale alcoholics or otherwise neglecting their child I could understand your concern and you would do well to inform police. But if it's just a few beers and a bit of pot? C'mon.

  9. Rich is right. And by your grammar, you're either very young or uneducated and may not be the best judge of what grown people are doing. If the child is in no danger, mind your own business.

  10. Notify the police.

  11. Unless there is a life in danger mind your own business.

  12. You should call the police, because the child's life it potentially at risk here. Do it before it's too late

  13. Call the police and child protective services.  If anything happens to this child you can be liable for not reporting any illegal activity..
