What should i do if i don't have my insurance card during a police stop?

If you have insurance, but don’t have your insurance card with you during a police stop:

A. You have 24 hours to show it to CHP

B. You have 24 hours to show it to DMV

C. Your license can be suspended

D. You can be fined $500.00 and your car can be impounded
