you have to leave Australia and apply for a visa,if your job isn't on the SOL list you dont have much chance of qualifying

Is the job in one of the occupations on the Skilled Occupations List (SOL)? If it is, and if your employer is prepared to sponsor you, you could apply for an employer sponsored visa. You must also be able to have your skills recognised here.

You will almost certainly have to leave Australia and return to your own country before being granted a work visa. Tourist visas are not intended for use for anything other than tourism and visiting friends.

You will have to go home and apply for the relevant visa.  Be prepared to answer a lot questions, like why you were looking for a job on a tourist visa?
