Question:

What should i do if my boss at work is jealous of my work and makeing scheduel changes to p**s me off?

yeah my owner has noticed that the number one person over me isn't doing her job, and told her I was, she is in charge of the scheduel and gave me the evening shift for the next two weeks so that i am no where near her, I appreciate the work and the owners praise, but should I say something or just back down and eat crow, what will be will be????

  1. If the woman is making schedule changes that are inconveniencing you, tell the owner, especially if you were hired with the understanding you would only work day shifts.


  2. Ya know the best way to make her burn is to just smile and keep doing a great job no matter what. Good luck. I hope you get your reward in the long run.

Keep your mouth shut at least temporarily, and just do your job and don't complain about your supervisor -- give it a couple of weeks and if the schedule continues to be bad, then go to the owner.  If you go right now it will look as if you are trying to start problems.  But document everything that occurs between you and your boss and make certain you have that with you when you approach the owner.  You are not eating crow at all.  Good luck
