What should i do if my cell got stolen in my school locker?

You mean you didn't call your wireless provider immediately?  I don't know how old you are, but if your parents are paying for your account, you better tell them. Someone could be using up all the minutes resulting in a huge phone bill, or probably have already.  If the phone is entirely your responsibility, then call your wireless provider right away to tell them what happened.  You probably need to cancel your account so whoever has it won't be able to use it.
