  1. tell her how much you love her and care about her and hold her and try to unerstand her  be around her all the time MAKE  HER  NOT  FEAL  ALONE       SHOW   HER   LOVE!

  2. like go over to her house and chill with her  the honeys like it when u spend time with them  like snuggle and watch movies while listenin to bob marley  she will cheer up

  3. I'm sorry to hear that you are dealing with this.  Depression can drastically change a person you've known all your life into a complete stranger.

I would agree with the above people that you need to do whatever you can to make them happy & remind them that they have people that love them.

However, if you are concerned this is an ongoing problem, and you have noticed a depressed mood for more than a month, that it is affecting their diet and sleep, and that they do not seem to be as responsive as they have been in the past, it is time for serious intervention.  Often people with depression will deny they have a problem and be so embarrassed about it that they will seek help well beyond when it is really needed.

If you want to try your hand at a bit of therapy/counselling, find out out what is at the root of their depression.  Usually there is some trigger thought that they began worrying about - death of a loved one, or social anxiety, etc. etc.  and it often snowballs when the negativity floods into other areas.  Whatever you can do to prove to them that the negative thoughts they are having are not true, it will help.

Do recognize when it is time to bring them to a professional though.  Often that is a point that the person themselves cannot see.

    good luck!

  4. Be glad you are aware of it.  My best friend tried to talk to his parents about it and they didn't do anything.  He finally tried committing suicide and then they finally woke up!

Talk to her about it.  Take her to a doctor and/or psychiatrist.  Tell her that she is not crazy, but there are things that can help her and you would like to see her happy and not hurting!

  5. Buy something she will really like, maybe her favorite chocolate, take her to cinema or just hug her and and tell her everything will be alright :)

  6. hold her, give her kisses, tell her you're there for her, take her out to do fun things, ask her if there is anything she wants to talk about...

if it doesnt help after awhile suggest a counselor

  7. Comfort her and be by her side to the end! Rub her back and make her feel better to release the stress and tension. Do nice things for her. Attend to he every need. Make her feel better emotionally and physically. If she wants her space give it to her

so she can breathe. Make her feel comfortable by cleaning her space and make it look better. Prepare some kind of food to her. Treat this emotional depression like the common cold or the flu she's sick right now.

  8. stick with her where ever she goes, make sure your always there for her to make her warm and comfortable.
