i was hitting pop ups to my friends then my left-lower back started to hurt now it's been 5 days with the pain. I've tried Bengay, Aspirin, and laying of anything that hurts my back.

Should i do something else or is it going to go away it's the muscle hurting not the backbone.

  1. Put heat on it for a couple of days. If that doesn't work, go see a doctor.

  2. If you are old enough, drink heavily.  If not, try a heating pad.

  3. all u have is a strained muscle it is ok it will prob hurt for about a month but the pain will get to where it hurts less and then it will go away eventauly

  4. Rest up

  5. You need to heat it. I get the kind of pains you are describing too (I also play Baseball) and they are easily fixes within 2-3 days of doing a heat pad. Also, if you have a jacuzzi or spa at your house, use that. They are very effective, but if not, heating pad never fails.
