  1. why don't you  just make a comment about how the room look better if you guys would change the furniture around and mayb she will agree with you. its worth a try or you can just talk to her and tell her that you think that she should let you have a myspace and give her good reason why she should let you. mayb that would work.

    GOOD LUCK!!! =)

  2. Well, I wouldn't take chances and that's pretty s****y she won't let you have one of those. But check it at a time you know for sure she'll be gone for a couple hours...or go to a friends house and check it. You're going to have to be sneakier than that, that's all I know.

  3. just be alert at all times and when you hear her coming up the stairs or you hear her footsteps just press the home page button and if your internet is fast enough it should instantly go back to the home page (hopefully that's not myspace)

  4. go 2 a bff's & do them

  5. dont go on it and wait till she goes somewhere or go to a library or a friends house

  6. dont go on when shes around?

  7. That's just like me!!! I turned my screen so that they couldn't see it, its seemed to work

  8. well i used to have the same problem.!

so i suggest you have another tsab open or new internet tab open

and when you see your mom walk in just click your tab.!

and act like our o  that website.!

    =]

    goood luck hun.!

  9. Just like turn off the screen!

  10. You need to listen to your mom.  Don't be a sneak.  She will Never trust you if you act that way.  It also shows immaturity.

Your mom knows that those kinds of sites can be dangerous for kids.  You may not think that your mom knows what she is doing, but her insticts are right.  She just wants you to be safe.

  11. distract her... everytime she walks in flash her & be like het mom, girls gone wild..she'll think ur crazy and then leave

  12. keep your window smaller, don't maximize it and keep it in front of another website that you are aloud to go (bigger window).. so that when she walks in, just click on the bigger window than close your facebook or myspace window from the taskbar.. that way, she won't notice anything and it would look like you were just doing what you should be doing.

  13. Delete your accounts.  It's not that hard to find people on myspace and facebook, so it's only a matter of time before your mother finds out.  Save yourself. the trouble, and quit sneaking behind her back.

  14. Keep another internet window open. For example, have a google search for something random open. When she walks in, click on that. Then right click on the facebook/myspace thing at the bottom and click close.

  15. well i had the same problem with my parents your first option is to only go on when it is really late at night or when shes not home but your best option is to just sit down with her and say that you really want a myspace and you can be totally safe thats what i did

  16. Having something else up works really well.Like if you are able to have multiple tabs up; have like google up or something so that whens she comes in just click the google tab and when she leaves click back to myspace and if you have music on your page dont forget 2 turn off the speakers. lol this happens to me alot!

  17. Perhaps she doesn't want you on them for a reason......like predators!

And she is trying to watch out for you. Maybe you should listen to her...i have a few friends in there 30's (guys) that are on them all the time just to mess with younger girls! They know i do not agree with them at all, but they love to get these girls going....

  18. Well..

Get off of it because your mother just does'nt want you to get stalked or raped or killed she knows best.

Here is another kind of site try this to talk with friends over the internet its soo safe!

    www.piczo.com

You can make it password pretected so knowbody sees you are whatever! You can totally make it your style!

    ^-^

if you do that and you know how to HTML

search Piczo Pros on yahoo search for awesome codes for Piczo if you can have one ^-^

    Hope this helped you ^-^

  19. Your mom doesn't want you to have either. Find another way to communicate with your friends.

Going behind her back to do something she doesn't want you to do will backfire. When she finds out, she won't trust you, and you'll lose privileges a lot more important than having a myspace.

  20. don't exit them...cause then you totally have to get back into them.. have something else up.. like maybe a shoping website.. so you can click and make that come up instead of having a blank screen or background where its obvious... or like have it open but not where it takes the whole screen up and have another window sorta overlapping so when she walks by you can click on that... and it sorta doubles or crosses it a little... think that will work?

  21. This is a tough situation.

Maybe you should only go on facebook or myspace when your mother isn't home, or when she's taking a nap, watching tv, sleeping, etc...

Or, I suggest getting a lock! Then when you hear your mother fiddle with the doorknob, you'll have time to X out all your little screens.

And maybe you can turn your screen around, so she can't see.

Or, If you have a dresser or something, or ever a chair! Press it up against the wall, so it will take her less time to get in the computer room.

If she asks why, and if you have siblings just casually respond,

'' Jason kept hitting me, so I put this here to block him. ''
