What should i do if my pool is still green even though all of the chemicals are balanced?

I work for a pool company.  If your water is still green you may have to Hydro-Floc it.  All that does is it takes all of the stuff that is making your pool green and makes it settle to the bottom of your pool then all you have to do is vacuum it up.  Have your water professionally tested after you Hydro floc to make sure your balance then is back to normal   Hope this helps
