I'm a 11 year old and already went though my you know changes in my body and i need help. it's really hard to have to hid your pads in your pockets and go to the washroom by yourself knowing what you have to do. ( change your pad) trust me it's really hard to be the maybe the only one ( i think). And sometimes i can't go to partys because some of them have water in them and there in the summer.Sometimes i have to make stuff up so that no one finds out that i have my period. What the hardest is sports im a huge tomboy.i love sports. and running around in a pad is soooo not fun. and im not allowed to put tamponds on im to young so don't say that kk. going though all this, i need help to make me feel better with it:(

  1. Aw, I know how you feel about the pool parties :p. But school is easier to handle. Go to the bathroom before/after lunch with your pad in your lunchbox, that's what I usually do. That way you don't have everyone's eyes on you when you ask to go to the bathroom during class. Dunno about the sports though...I don't do many myself, sorry :(.

  2. Well That is called being a woman , That is how nature made you but if you hate it this much , Just take out the TOM from the BOY and How to do that , A s*x change operation.

    Take Care.

  3. awww omg thats so cute

i got my first period the day before my 11th birthday, so i know how you feel

Plus, im anemic, so that makes the bleeding alot heavier, and the craps so much worse.

Im actually on yaz birth control now to stop cramps and to regulate my period

    go get a wristlet.

put an overnight pad into the wristlet before school every morning.  they're alot stronger and they hold alot more.

that way you only change once at school.

when you get home use regular pads.

  4. put your pads in a purse. I got my period a few months ago and let me tell you nobody really cares about if you have women problem at school. Put it in your locker and go to the bathroom and get them out of your locker at school also it's not like you are on your period everyday.

  5. this is why they call it "the curse" they do make good thin pads now, but summer is almost over and no more pool parties for awhile
