Question:

What should i do now!?!

okay, i don't like to lable myself as depressed, sooo..... i've been very down for at least 3 months and today , i just got sooo sad that i set up a rope ready to kill myself. it mad me feel a little better for some reason, but when i tied it to the roof i put it around my neck and just cried and cried then ran away from home. i just got back.

but i'm still really upset and i hate it! any help will do!

  1. even i have tried the same. when i had brake up with my boy frnd......... but believe me.;..... time is the key to this problem.......

    as the days passes....either u will get the road to come out the problem or else............ the problem itself get resolved......

    HELP UR SELF...... is the motto for u........

    ending life is crime n believe me. u r precios to world..... do faith in urself n try to concentrate on other matters....... try to share ur problem with any relative or frnd........ they will surely help u.dear.

    i don't know you so i can't say to much,

    but try and think about the amazing things that are possible in the future.

    anything is possible!

    you will get over this stage in your life.

    it won't be long.

    but please go see a therapist, or a facility where they can help you.

    help is very important.


  3. why are you so down you gotta ask your self that question first in order to fell better but dont kill your self you just gotta find someone you trust and tell  them how you feel n god loves you

I dont know what your problem is, but you need to find someone to open up and release what ever it is.  You got to give yourself a chance, please dont give up.  Go to church, ask God to show you the right way.  Killing yourself is NEVER the answer.  What about your family?  Why dont you try talking to your mum or dad?  

  5. Why should you feel so much depressed. God has created a beautiful world and you have been fortunately given this noble birth with all faculties of seeing, hearing, tasting, walking, talking, etc. Please do not lose heart. Gain courage. Be bold. Never feel disheartened.

    Even if you have done some mistake and feel guilty then also you should not feel depressed. Lead a fresh life. Forget about the past. Have good company. Attend some good religious discourses. Sermen.Discard bad associations. Keeping friendship only with those who know you well and who are helping you in your present weak mental condition. Somebody close to you should always pamper you and motivate you, give you lot of encourage. They should give you lot of inspiration.

    It is the duty of your close relatives and friends to lift you mentally, intellectually and morally. On your part you should also know that you are here to take care of you and also to take care of the whole society. Feel your greater responsibility. Know your full potentials. Take example of noble elders,  who have been able to achieve inspirational success in their life in spite of several odds..

  6. Get rid of the rope, Kenz. That is your first step. And when I say 'get rid of it', I mean really get rid of it (throw it into a dumpster far from you or burn it).

    Next step is to call a therapist. You are in need of counseling (and possibly medicine). Depression is VERY treatable, but frequently will not remit on its own. If you are a minor, tell your parents (RIGHT NOW) so they can help you set up an appointment with a professional.

    There's no need to suffer.

    Help is available.

  7. when I was some kind depressed I realized that changing places really helped me... just a week in another city, without the usual people around me helped to get up again and to forget my problems and see them in another way...

Even wen ur not feeling the best,n ur feeling a tad bit depressed get dressed go out wit friends n laugh at just about everything i know dis may sound weird but re training the brain to b happy its fantastic for depression coz u release endorfins wen ur laughing that make u feel good n even if somthings not that funny fake it n then eventualy u will start learning how to laugh more..p.s they even hav full on laughter couses u can take to teach people how 2 laugh and 1 lesson in the course is to fake it till eventualy u get the hang of it again.....or u cauld go for a run dis also releases endorfins makes u feel good

  9. You need to tell someone.  Tell your parents.  I'm sure they won't be mad at you.  After all, they love you!  Tell an adult whom you trust.  It would be best to tell your parents.

    You should know that things will get easier.  Just do not try to off yourself.  Suicide is a permanent solution to a temporary problem.  You've got your whole to look forward to.  

    Now do me a favor, please?  I want you to put away the rope.  Throw it away.  Burn it.  I don't care.  Just get rid of it!

  10. Please call someone who you are close to and tell them and ask for help. I went through this also and as hard as it is to ask for help, you are opening the door to getting your life back and feeling better.
