  1. Apart from various possibilities that have been mentioned here, here is one more.

Files that are being used by the system or any application that may be running may not be deleted. Try closing those applications and try deleting them. If you want to delete them at any cost, restart the system in safe mode and delete them. You can also go to the command prompt, navigate to the location and type delete 'filename'

  2. isntall CCleaner (Free download) Clean your PC. They will be deleted

  3. Hmmm looks to me like you have a kind of virus, I had this once before and I had to reformat my pc.

However you could try this.....when I had trouble deleting files (a pop would appear saying this cannot be deleted) and they were just like music, nothing important.  Try right clicking the file, open with, notepad and notepad should come up with lots of weird symbols and stuff, select it all (ctrl+a) and delete it, the save the file (not saves as, just save), this gets rid of any data and problems with the file, hopefully then you can delete it and it shouldnt come back.

It may be a long shot, but worth the try....also when deleting the file itself, try holding down shift and then delete, this permanently deletes it so it doesnt sit in recycle bin, maybe that might stop it reactivating.

    Good luck!

  4. they are probably temp files that are re-created when you use a certain application, make a note when they get created, if you can let us know what they are.

  5. ok what type of files are these...if these are system files...then u should not delete them...wat is the extension of these files...

  6. Where are they located? I had the problem when I was still new & raw & I tried to delete Internet explorer. the damned files kept coming back again.

The key is to UN-INSTALL programs not delete them. They could also be temp files from a program (Though I doubt you'd be able to delete them if they are in use w/o using any unlocking tools)

I'd say, more info is needed.
