I just finished my first track season and i was a sprinter and a hurtler. I didn't do that amazing and i am thinking about switching to mid-distance running and 300m hurtling next year. I want to be really good by next spring so i want to find a good schedule to follow over the summer that will build up my endurance. What should i do that won't take up all my summer, but will help me become faster and have better running endurance?

  1. Well just start practicing the distances you intend to run, maybe even try running even further and see how you get on. Running is great! Such a rewarding thing to do regardless of competition but that too can give it the extra edge.
