What should i do ????

for a couple days now i have nursing this mouse ,that my cats were derorising , back to health. and now he is healty again. i have him in an aquarium at the moment. now that he is healthy again i cant decide if i should let him go cuz he was free before. or if i should let him go in the field across from our house, the problem is that i am soft harted, obvously if i nurse a mouse back to health lol, and i'm worried about what if he gets killed or something? haha i know its a stupid thing to worry about since its a mouse. but still. any advice would be nice

I can't believe you nursed a mouse back to health!  But I do think you should let him go - the problem is that if you let him go in the field, he will likely come back into the house and the cats will probably go after him again and you might have to do the whole thing all over again.
