i can not stand my parents and i know its more than a lot of teens i argue with both of them 24/7 and its a never ending battle with them

i have the same problem...but it's not 24/7....you might be over playing the situation. and if you are not....i feel bad for you.

The next time you think you might argue with them, think about what you would do if you were the mother, and they were the kids.  Wouldn't you want to know if they were going to be gone past midnight, so you wouldn't worry, and wouldn't you want to know where they were going?   As a teen I argues with my parents, and when I became a mother, I realized why my parents argued with me.  I had thought I knew it all, and looking back, I was so naive, and could have so easily been hurt by others (or even my own stupidity).  Next time, think about what you want to do, think about what their answers are probably going to be, and then think about ways you can reassure them of your safety, that you can do things right, and that you'll use safety practices, like if you want to go to a concert, you'll go with 3 friends, you'll all stay sober, and you promise to call if someone doesn't.  That might win over your parents in an argument.  If you show and prove responsibility one step at a time, it will go a long way.  Good luck.
