  1. well if you like spicy food i would reccommend Mexican food

and I believe you guys would have the ingredients over there

and some other veggie options too

PS do you eat fish & chicken or no meat or eggs and dairy etc?

just look up in the search engine for fast or spicy vegetarian meals lots of options have fun!!!

  2. haha thats funny cos i heard indian food is not health and chinese food are better.

i dont know any tasty veg meals cos i think food only taste good with meat in(pork and beef in particular).

  3. try recipezaar, epicurious, just search for foods you can find and eat.

  4. Look up moussakka, mucver and other middle eastern veggie dishes. you'll like them.

  5. Things lkike vegetable stir frys should be that hard - just noddles and vegetables with some seasoning stirred in a pan.

Ermm u cud even try like vegetables in the roti - that can taste quite nice with some yoghurt!

  6. Try some calzone recipes which go over well with veggies and cheese. As I mentioned to another, stuffed peppers, tomatoes, mushrooms, cabbage/ grape leaves can be pre-prepared. Learn more sauces to spice up rice, grains, pasta, and potatoes. Stir fry whatever is in season and if you don't own one, buy a wok for that purpose. Also, flat bread roll-ups and tortillas can be really versatile.
