What should i do so my brother can come back to us.?

My little brother lives in Florida with my dad. he's only 13 years old. we are trying to get him back to us where we live. he doesn't want to come back. how can i convince him to come back with us.

You shouldn't do anything if he wants to be down there.

You can't do anything to convince him.  He has the right to live with your father if he wants to.  As long as he is happy and your father isn't mistreating him and the courts say he can be there then you don't have anything to stand on.  He is 13 and if he is growing up healthily and happily there is nothing you can do.
