What should i do to fix up my deep v jon boat?

it is a basic setup boat floors a smooth so im gunna put in a roll in floor and i aslo want to put in nav lights i cant spend alot at a money at one time so could you put them in order thanks

First if the vessel is seaworthy is to make it comply with required equipment and make sure that it is safe.

Navigation lights would come first before refinishing the floor.
