What should i do to get in basketball shape in about a month?

  1. I run do situps and pushups. Just be cosistent with your excercise.

  3. pple think its all about runnning but u need to lift and run.... dont just run sprint, suicides... lay down on the floor then pop up n  run to simulate a charge

    work on defensive slides... also layups on a fast break.... dribbling.... dont worry about shooting that will come in the games and practices....

    but do make sure u can move without the ball n wok on sum

    try sqats n stuff n push ups

    drink a lot of water n watch what u eat... eat carbs protein n vegetable n friuts no sugar!

  4. I am a basketball coach for a High School team, the biggest problem I run into with athletes is a lack of conditioning.  Make sure your lungs are ready to put in the necessary effort, and work on the basics of shooting.  BEEF
