  1. What are you going to do, walk there? : )

    Do aerobic excercise for at least 30-40 minutes without stopping. Aerobic excercise includes swimming, jogging, jumproping, basketball, and other sports where you are moving the whole time.


  2. crunchs if your already thin, swimming, light weight lifting so you dont go buff but you look proper
