Question:

What should i do to get my butt back in shape?

Well I had a good size butt before I had my son but it jus went away all of a sudden .I think the reason is that i'm sitting all the time to feed my son,put him to sleep an stuff etc,etc,etc.help me i need my beyonce butt if not that something along that line.

  2. Well, since you have your hands full at home with the little one I would suggest something that would be easy to do while she is napping or hanging out in his bounce.

    I would get a yoga egg, and some yoga balls and start doing some yoga. I put my DVD into my computer and off I go. Meditation is good also, good for relaxation, stress, etc. Belly dancing and Hula dancing (they offer them at our local Y's here, might want to check into that, take your time and move into your routine gradually, it took awhile to put on the baby butt it will take awhile to take it off. LOL  Good Luck.

  4. Do this the smart way. Start with excercizes such as squats, lunges, hip extensions. Below is a link to the top ten butt excercizes. But for the short term, why not try a "butt enhancer". Some call them butt bras and they work in pretty much the same ways as bras to enhance the b*****s. You can buy butt shapers, butt lifters and even butt inserts. You can find a link to some popular butt enhancers below.
