What should i do to get my july month salary?? today is august 25th.?

hi friends its serious and iam getting worried abt my salary every month in my home country where is no respect to my qualification or citizen...(iam worried a lot).iam well qualified pg in pharmacy working in a private college ..we are facing the trouble for almost 2-3 years..we were expecting the AICTE and PCI would solve the problem when they came for inspection(they had come for inspection for atleast 10 times in 3 years..) but there is no solution for our salary problems...what do we do ..??if we join other colleges,our problems would be solved but what about others who join later..??why our country is like this..??we have spent lacs and lacs for our studies but where is salary...??hw india will develope...if the citizens of the country work without salary..how do we live..???

dear friend

keep in mind that you are working with the private hospital.

not a PUBLIC OR GOVERNMENT.

therefore don't discriminate INDIA for every thing, this is not only happening in INDIA but every where. Every TRUE INDIAN WILL OBJECT so please be careful when writing next time.

as of your salary concern. you said you are facing this problem for 3 years. then why the h**l you are sticking to that place.

why don't you leave it and try elsewhere as your are a Post graduate like you said.

don't wait for the problems to get solved them self,  but try to solve it yourself. agree  you spent lakhs of rupees for your education.

there is sentence in Bible. unless you knock the door you wont get response.

demand your higher authorities, file a complaint do something then wailing like a baby and accusing INDIA for everything.

Hi Prakash, this is really a serious matter. Most of us are fed up of getting paid late.

This question should be better answered by lawyers, senior citizens and the intellectual people of our society.
