Question:

What should i do to improve my 100m and 200m?

alright, my season just ended and my PRs for the season were:

100m: 12.0

200m: 24.5

what should i be doing now to prepare for next year?

i want to be running 11s in the 100m, and 23-24s in the 200m.

i will have a lot of time in the summer to train.

any suggestions/tips on what i can do?

  1. You need to do some endurance jogging. It will help some. You could also do some weight lifting like squats. Hope this helps.


  2. nice but u realy should improve and its not impossible to improve i am only 14 and i run 100:11sec

                                                         200:23.20sec

    oi i my country new zealand heaps of hillz and that

    run up hillz every morning its the best and have music on if u can and sprint after u get tired and wana go home ur hardest
