i m 20 years old. my weight is 35kg & my hight is around 5 feet. so plz tell me what should i do to put on weight?

  1. i eat a chocolate and a banana alongwith my daily meals. I am also very lean, but improving significantly...


  2. im natrually thin and i just dont get hungry. so maybe eat three meals a day , and have a light snack. hope thsi helps. or ask advice from your dietician.

  4. Take 3 or 4 bananas with 1/2 kg milk at morning and take soy beans abot 100 mg per day take cheese about 100 mg per day. after one month check your wieght. you 'll found your wight some increased.. Take this seriously...

  5. you should keep exercises eyeryday. notice your diet nutrition. and i like bread so you can have  a try occasionally.

    I suggest eatting high calorie food:

    Breakfast:

    peanut butter on  brown bread.

    full fat flavoured milk.

    1 avocado with chicken legs and wings friend and spicey with french fries.

    Snack:

    biscuit and milk

    Dinner: pizza and mayonnaise salad.

  8. always Keep your mind relaxed, Take foods in time, sleep in afternoon, have snacks at any time: do these steps reqularly you will put on weight. but ur height 5 feet will not increse.

  10. Just BE HAPPY.. Diets, exercise, yoga etc are not going to help if you are not HAPPY always..

  11. brewing yeast. It has a lot of vitamin B, too. It will make you gain

    weight in a week. Either buy at pharmacies, as supplement, or in any

    place which specializes in brewing. Three pills a day/three tablespoons a

    day - depends on the product, and you are there. Good for bones and

    daily mornings have a glass of warm milk mixed with 2-3 raw eggs with a couple of spoons of honey & may be lil bit of cardamom to build taste. beat it up well & gulp it down. follow this for a period of 2-3weeks & see how fast u gain weight. also eat lotsa bananas & food mixed with ghee... if u dont gain weight in a months time, mail me & i'll give u a few more tips....

Find out how many calories you are taking in each day and write it down for 1 week.  Now you know how much you eat to stay the same bodyweight.  Now add 500 calories to your daily meals.  You should start gaining a little weight.  If you don't then add more calories until you start to.  Shouldn't take long till you reach your goals.
