i just got a jon boat and want to upgarde it i already got a outboard motor trolling motor nav lights

Rent the movie"US Marshal" With Tommy Lee. There is a scene in the swamp and about 20 jon boats with just about every thing you need.

It depends on what you already have.  You could install swivel seats, wood floors, marine carpet, cushioned bench seats, extra pole mounts, storage compartments.
