What should i do when i live in a humid place and i can't style my hair at all?

i have fluffy/curly/wavy hair i dont know how to explain but my hair really sucks. i can straighten it with a hair dryer very well and it will look awesome but now we are going to live near the coast and its very humid there. my hair gets curly and i cant do anything with it. i look awful with this hair:( what should i do?

I have very curly hair as well and I use a great flat iron called "Chi". Is a salon flat iron. It works really good. I use that with a good Straighten hair serum and then I'm good to go. =]... Just make sure you use a flat iron thats hott enough.

I lived on the east coast in southern Florida.  It's extremely humid there.  Your hair will get used to it.  My hair is always very frizzy in the humidity, but I was able to style my hair and have it stay.  Just be patient.  Use a good gel/moose for now and just scrunch it.
