What should i do with acne??????

I have acne a like pimples how do i get rid of them for good?

Safe way to get them gone fast is by using Benzoyl Peroxide Acne Treatment Gel (10% Benzoyl Peroxide) or Salicylic Acid Acne Treatment Cream.

A good way to keep them away is by drinking enough water and using Olive oil in you diet, like on salads, some dishes you make can have oil added to them, its good for your skin, maybe an ounce a day. Or take Flax Seed Oil pills, Omega-3 is good for you heart and skin and other bodily functions.

Always read and follow instructions on any treatment or pills you use.
