What should i do with b.com or after it?

i want to do sum practical course... i mean not m.b.a or m.c.a.. or m.com... i want to do sumthing else.. not even fashion desgning.. suggest me courses like tally ???but yes they can be an year course, wid no entrance n gud placements.. like 15000 or above per month...
